Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of the HelmSwarm Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses the HelmSwarm platform and agent (the "Service"). It exists to keep the Service lawful, safe, and reliable for everyone.

You are in control, and you are responsible. HelmSwarm is a general-purpose automation tool for real iOS devices. You decide what to automate. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use is lawful and complies with the terms of every third-party platform, service, website, or account you interact with through the Service.

1. Your responsibilities

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in every jurisdiction relevant to your activity.
Comply with the terms of service, community guidelines, automation and rate rules, and other policies of any third-party platform you access through the Service (for example, social, messaging, or commerce platforms).
Only operate devices and accounts that you own or are explicitly authorized to control.
Obtain any consents required from individuals whose data you process through your use of the Service.

2. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Service to:

break any law, or facilitate any illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or sale of illegal goods or services;
access, interfere with, or damage any system, account, or data without authorization;
send spam, conduct phishing, distribute malware, or carry out deceptive, manipulative, or abusive campaigns;
impersonate others or create accounts or content designed to deceive;
infringe intellectual-property rights or misappropriate confidential information;
harass, threaten, defame, or harm others, or process data about minors unlawfully;
defeat, bypass, or interfere with security, anti-fraud, or integrity measures of any third party in violation of their terms or the law;
resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted;
place excessive or abusive load on the Service or on HelmSwarm infrastructure.

3. No legal or compliance advice

HelmSwarm does not provide legal advice and does not assess whether a particular automation is permitted on a given third-party platform or under a given law. Determining the legality and platform-compliance of your activity is your responsibility. If in doubt, seek your own legal counsel.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action we consider appropriate, with or without notice, to protect the Service, other users, third parties, or to comply with law. We are not obliged to monitor use, but we may do so.

Violations of this AUP are violations of the Terms of Service and may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
